Applications of Graphene
Our Graphene Foaming Masterbatch is widely specified for rigid and semi-rigid foam plastic boards across diverse industries:
Residential & Commercial Buildings: External wall insulation systems (EIFS), roof insulation, and underfloor heating insulation boards (XPS/EPS).
Industrial Facilities & Warehousing: Cold storage room insulation, climate-controlled warehouses, and factory floor thermal barrier boards.
Agriculture & Livestock Operations: Thermal management insulation panels for greenhouses and poultry/livestock housing.
Specialized Equipment & Logistics: Insulated shipping containers, refrigerated transport bodies, and specialized protective foam boards.

Graphene Masterbatch Processing & Processing Guidelines
Direct Blending: Mix the LN-GXR-01 pellets thoroughly with primary foaming resin (e.g., PS, PE, PP) according to the recommended dosage ratio (5–10% of total material mass).
Extrusion / Foaming: Process under standard extrusion and foaming equipment parameters. The high thermal conductivity of graphene helps achieve even melt temperature distribution.
Storage & Handling: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse (15–20°C). Keep sealed in original packaging away from direct sunlight, open flames, and incompatible strong oxidizers.
